If you believe your home has sustained damage due to an extreme weather event, just say Sela. Call our office to schedule a free no obligation storm damage inspection.

2. Initiate the Claim Process

Once Sela has assessed the damage and advised on next steps, its time to initiate the claim with your insurance company with Sela’s assistance.

3. Insurance Inspection

Your Sela Representative will meet the insurance adjuster on site and represent you as we work together to determine the scope of loss.

4. Reviewing the Claim Breakdown and Planning the Project

Upon receipt of your claim documents Sela will help navigate, advise on options and the best products to use to achieve your repair goals.

5. Executing the Project

Once product selections have been completed, and your project is scheduled, Sela will guide you through the process as our experienced crews complete each step of the work.

6. Final Steps

Sela will correspond with the insurance company and the city upon project completion to ensure the work passes all necessary inspections.

What to Expect

Before your project begins, Sela pulls all necessary permits to ensure all local code compliances.

Before starting construction, a member of our production staff will call to confirm the details and set clear expectations for a smooth project.

Depending on the scope of your project, multiple trade groups may be involved, which could require separate timelines.

The scheduled crews will arrive and work on your project, followed by a clean up at the end of each day.

Upon completion, we’ll perform a final clean up, provide a final invoice, close all permits and ensure that all works has passed the final inspection.

Tom was the project manager. His team worked quickly, and our roof was completed within a day. The team took the time to make sure no nails or roofing was left on our property. At the end of the project, they went around the house multiple times making sure nothing was left behind. My yard is clean --- no nails! Tom came back a few times to check on his crew and made sure there were no issues. Tom also came back the next day to check the roof to make sure his crew did a good job, and to make sure the yard was clean.
