What to Expect

Before your project begins, Sela pulls all necessary permits to ensure all local code compliances.

Before starting construction, a member of our production staff will call to confirm the details and set clear expectations for a smooth project.

Depending on the scope of your project, multiple trade groups may be involved, which could require separate timelines.

The scheduled crews will arrive and work on your project, followed by a clean up at the end of each day.

Upon completion, we’ll perform a final clean up, provide a final invoice, close all permits and ensure that all works has passed the final inspection.

Sela did a big job for us (new roof, new decking, a chimney rebuild, and new gutters). We were very pleased with the quality of workmanship--the masonry especially is beautiful, and the whole project really improved the curbside appeal of our home! Sela was great making small tweaks and improvements until we were fully satisfied, specifically with the placement of rain diverters and repair of some siding that got damaged during the roofing. If you have a big job with a lot of moving parts and you are fussy about the quality of the work done, this is a great company to work with. It's worth the premium.
