I had reached out to Sela regarding concerns about wind and hail damage to my roof after a storm. Matt Stever quickly came out to look at my roof and then met with the insurance inspector the following day. From start to finish Sela made everything so easy. They handled contacting my insurance provider and talked me through each step of the process. I have already referred Sela to family.

I had Bryan out to inspect my roof and siding after the recent hail storm. He didn’t find any damage but he was very punctual, thorough, and went over everything with me. Bryan was great to work with regarding this process.

They did an excellent job on my house that desperately needed a new roof. The crew worked their butt off and got it all done in one day. Bryan also was excellent writing up the quote and answering all my questions. They would respond fast and put me at ease. I would 100% go with sela again and again.

Luis, managed our complete roof replacement, and throughout the process clearly communicated, answering all of our questions and concerns promptly and patiently.
Luis took the time to really investigate what was going on with our old roof, regarding insulation and air flow issues.
His knowledge of materials and techniques in roof remodeling was evident. During the inspection process, he personally inspected the roof, as well as using drones and then brought in a separate insulation company to review the different possibilities which was key to staying on schedule and within our budget.
From the initial detailed inspection and transparent quote to the final cleanup, he exceeded every expectation. All changes were done professionally through detailed communication and written change orders.

The crew worked tirelessly to stay on schedule, and the crew was incredibly efficient, respectful of our property, and left the site immaculate. He had a wonderful painting crew led by Francisco to touch up the inside and had an expert craftsman Jose, also from Sela to complete the roof and finish the chimney.

Why Sela: based on reputation and ability to be “one stop,” for all aspects with extensive product selection for both shingle selection and gutters, knowledge of codes and insurance filing.

Project: replacement of 20 year roof on English Tudor, necessitating both new roof sheathing over 90 year old boards and replacement of gutters and downspouts.

Insurance used: after initial estimates I was reminded by a neighbor of back to back wind and hailstorms in July 2024 that took down a large tree limb. Sela was invaluable in assisting with claim.

Sales rep: Kevin Hays is one of the best sales representatives I’ve EVER dealt with in 44 years of home ownership! He attentively listened -and listened- to my preferences and adjusted products. In addition to his initial visit, he was present during the insurance adjuster inspection and stopped by the house on day one of roof installation. His years of knowledge and experience were invaluable in filing and successfully appealing a ridiculously low and component-lacking insurance claim and payment.

Crews: for roof- the hard working, Hispanic crew were craftsmen in their attention to detail, removal and installation! When a rainstorm appeared imminent, they stopped removal of shingles and gutters on part of house, quickly having wood sheathing delivered and installing so base underlayment protected the exposed house.
Gutters/downspouts: the two person team were also long-skilled craftsmen, installing new gutters with gutter guards, and downspouts. They met my requests and made several suggestions to change existing flows which I love.

I would, and already have recommended both Sela and Kevin Hays.
