Working with Sela was a very good experience. My Sales Rep Jared was fantastic, walking me through a very extensive six-figure reconstruction process after a neighbor's giant tree fell on my house. Several trades were involved and required coordination, including an architectural engineer and structural repair, new roof, eaves, gutters, deck and railing, siding, windows, insulation, interior and exterior painting and finish carpentry. Jared was always available, responded quickly and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Likewise, the Sela office team were super-friendly and accommodating. This was a very stressful time for us, so to know the work was getting done right and in a timely manner was really a blessing.

We needed to replace 8 window openings (most with 2 to 3 windows) and one patio door. SELA provided a very competitive quote with Pela products. Our SELA representative -Troy - also worked to get the precise measurements before we went on a vacation.

The windows were painted to match the rest of our house and were delivered and installed on the scheduled date. The installers were very professional and careful. As with any remodel, the unexpected comes up and SELA and Pela were very responsive. Troy was here the day I texted him and arranged to address our concerns quickly.
