Left a nice gap for wasp nests and water penetration. I hate to micromanage contractors but seems if I don’t their attention to detail, code and quality are poor.Less than 12 hours after posting the owner has contacted me and has offered to come out and make the install right. Since I'm selling the home and have another company already doing a new roof i declined. He also offered to reimburse a good percentage of the initial cost but i declined this also.Take away. Still check the work, but if you find it is wrong Sela from the top down will stand behind what they sell.Michael Jacobson
