Sela Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. wishes to address certain personal legal matters concerning the conduct of Amit Sela as recently reported in the press. To confirm media accounts, the Company had absolutely no knowledge of or involvement in Amit Sela’s actions which lead to his recent criminal sentencing in connection with his personal federal taxes for 2001 and 2002. Amit Sela has had no active involvement in Company operations since 2004.

Sela Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. provided full cooperation to investigative authorities, and no allegations of wrongdoing were ever asserted against the Company or its other officers or employees. While the Company’s owners and employees are saddened by this final chapter regarding Amit Sela’s personal affairs, his personal conduct had no adverse impact on Sela Roofing customers, nor will his recent court sentencing impact present or future operations.

We remain dedicated to serving our customers with integrity. We apologize to our cutomers and business partners for any concerns raised, and give our assurance that these matters have not and will not impact the high standards of work product or service that are synonymous with the Sela brand.
